New Holland Agriculture and ”growITup” have worked together to create #CallForGrowth project on Precision Farming, a European competition for Italian startups and SMEs dealing with innovative solutions in the agri-food sector.
GrowITup is an Open Innovation hub and technological incubator for Italian startups created by Cariplo Factory in collaboration with Microsoft.
New Holland is CNH Industrial partner and leader in production, sale and assistance of agricultural machinery.
New Holland has created an open data platform that can interact with third-party systems through web APIs. The goal of this platform is to help farmers manage and effectively plan their activities thanks to the knowledge of an increasing number of information.
On July 6th the selected startups will take part in a workshop of open innovation and selection with New Holland, growITup team and other partners.
