The FIWARE Community will gather again in Málaga on 28-29th November.
Fiware Tech Summit will bring together leading developers and startups from the worlds of Open Source, Smart Cities and the Internet of Things to share experiences and create the future.
This event is all about inspiration, hands-on experience and fun for the ever-growing FIWARE Community: addressing engineers, startups, companies and cities in the ecosystem, Fiware Tech Summit 2017 aims to educate, inform and excite through top quality panels, demos and fireside-chats with the experts.
Technology leaders will share their vision on smart solutions for cities, agriculture and industry. CTOs and developers will learn from the best in the FIWARE community how to design and deploy smart solutions based on FIWARE products. Startups will tell their story on how they hacked their way to success.
The Summit will be organized in several tracks that will run in parallel during November 28th and 29th:
- DAY 1: Developers Day – tech workshops will show how FIWARE technology can ease the development of smart application. Agricolus is one of the “Architecture Use Cases” in the Smart Agrifood sector.
- DAY 2: Startups Day – technology leaders will talk about smart solutions in cities, agriculture and industry, startups tell their success stories and public officials reveal their plans for a digital future.
The speakers
Some of the coolest speakers will join Fiware Tech Summit 2017: Peter Hopwood, Master of Ceremony, and Johann Romefort, a Munich-based Tech Evangelist, who will also be a judge at the exciting startup competition for a fast track to be a part of the IMPACT Growth Accelerator. Corporate stars, such as Christian Lindener, the CEO of Telefónica’s accelerator Wayra Germany, will be leading the corporate panel on why huge corporates are interested in doing business with start-ups.
